Hi, I'm Beth—the heart and hands behind Rel8Elev8, a modern apothecary rooted in remembrance, reconnection, and simplicity.

Rel8Elev8 was born from my own healing journey—a return to what’s honest and essential. Everything I offer is infused with intention, whether crafted by hand or thoughtfully chosen to support a deeper kind of care. These are tools and rituals to help you reconnect with yourself and remember who you already are.

This isn’t about chasing perfection or fixing something that was never broken. It’s not about becoming someone else—it’s about coming home to you. We live in a world that tells us to strive, tweak, improve, and reinvent… but I believe in something softer, slower, and more sustaining.We’re not here to escape ourselves—we’re here to reclaim ourselves.

I’m still learning—always. As I walk my own path, I continue to create and share what grounds me: plants, movement, breath, stillness, and the quiet messages all around us. We already have so much—within us, and around us. Rel8Elev8 is my offering to help us remember that.
